hey remember how in the overhaul arc aizawa:

• got kidnapped by villains after taking a hit for midoriya
• could only lie there helplessly, frozen in place as the villain taunted him
• learned that his quirk helped inspire the idea for quirk erasing bullets which in turn lead to everything that happened to eri
• was painfully aware that he wasnt there to defend people and help take down overhaul
• was almost killed with his own knife while unable to fight back in any way
• knew just how much his quirk could have prevented if hed been there to keep overhaul from using his quirk (mirio, nighteye, etc)
