my favorite part of this one illustration is that it confirms that both Present Mic and Midnight do need glasses in order to see properly, but they switch them for more “stylistic” ones to fit their hero costumes and then wear more “normal” ones when in civilian clothing
it feels like a small detail but it says a lot about how much thought they have put on their hero personas over the years and how much they have accommodated said personas to their personal and professional needs
